Hi everyone, So I started off with a high crease on my right eyelid and no crease/hidden crease on my left as you can see in the first picture. I began using size 2-4 tapes on both eyelids because I thought it may appear unnatural to maintain a high crease since I am Asian, but it was difficult to change the crease on the right eyelid because it seemed to prefer staying high. So I changed the sizing of the tapes to 4-6 and the creases would stay all day for a few days at a time pretty early on in using the tapes (after about two weeks), which you can see in the second picture. It may be because the skin on my eyelids are thin. But after a few months of using this size, I realized that it would either take a very long time to get permanent results because my eyes are protruding instead of hooded, and so there is nothing for the eyelid skin to create pressure against for the crease to stay put past a few days. So rather than trying to maintain the high crease, I've decided to give another attempt in lowering the right crease and create a low crease on the left eye using 2-4 tapes. Previous to this decision, I started frequently tracing a lower crease on my right eyelid so that it would start preferring a lower crease and it was even able to maintain a lower crease for an entire day just by tracing. As a result, I have more confidence that a smaller tape size will work for my eyelids. I hope this helps anyone who might be in a similar situation of figuring out the right sizing. Thanks for reading!
