Growing up I’ve always been severely insecure about the asymmetry of my eyelids, but when I came across Opti-fold on a Google search my life changed. I haven’t reached permanent results yet but things are going well right now and I’m glad to say that these tapes hold up to their standards in helping my symmetry so thank you.
Update: I can go weeks with my ideal crease and only sometimes will that crease become weak, but after fixing the placement of the tape the results are much better the next day.
Update: My crease is almost looking perfect, but I’ve noticed the skin near the inner corner of my eye bunching up. I'm going to try to apply the fTape a bit closer to the nose, as what the eyelid advisor suggested. We'll see how it goes tomorrow.
Update: Ideal crease has held nicely for a few weeks as I’m steadily using my tapes.
Running out of tapes, so I need to purchase more, but honestly the only problem I've been facing with the tapes is that my double eyelid might be a little thinner than my other eye. Knowing that, I now place my fTape tape a little closer to the corner of my eyes for the "deeper" effect. I need to wear them more often in order to strengthen the muscles on my eyes as well. My crease easily becomes multiple folds after taking long naps or sleeping without the tapes, but I've noticed that the problem goes away after one night of tapes. I also do the tracing exercises pretty often after moisturizing in the morning, but I'll update once I order some more.
Tip:
Make sure your eyelid is clean from moisturizers or any other products because the oils from your lids can cause movement of the tape while sleeping.
Update:
I was running out of tapes so I only wore them weekly and my crease has held it shape for a few weeks this way. My crease became weak one night and so I began using the new tapes I had just received and my ideal crease came back the next day.
