Hey so this morning I woke and i discovered that my right double eyelid had appeared back for some reason. I didn't do anything it to create double eyelid on my right eye. This just happened randomly when I woke up this morning. I used to have a strong double eyelid one year ago but then it disappeared. And now it's back and I'm so relieved. My question is how do I maintain my double right eyelid crease to fold better and how do I make it stronger? Cause I used to have a strong double eyelid a year ago and now it's different

Is your camera flipping the image? Anyhow, first thing you should do is have Opti-fold on standby, because if the eyelid exercises don't work and you tell me you lost the crease again, I'd say use the Opti-fold right away. When you're able to at least maintain the crease to be folding again, make sure you keep your visual gaze above eye-level. Doing this will ensure the crease remains folded since the eyes are opened more fully. Restrain from using items or doing things that require you to have your visual gaze below eye-level, such as using the computer or phone, sweeping the floor, or reading a book on your lap, etc.
When you sleep that night, make sure you have at least 7-8 hours of rest. This will reduce the eyelid swelling in the morning and allow you to have a better chance of just using eyelid exercises to maintain your crease. In the morning, also be aware that the more you wash your face and rub the eyelids, the greater the chance you'll lose that fragile crease especially if you think it might go away. If you can't avoid rubbing the eye and the crease gets weak, then do the tracing and holding the line again.

Yeah. I did tracing the eyelid excersise yesterday before going to bed and applied skin cream on the eyelid. And this morning I noticed my double eyelid was there but the crease was more different than yesterday. I think if I do holding the eyelid and tracing the eyelid my double eyelid on the right eye would be strong. How long should hold the eyelid excersise??

No, don't rub the eye. Do the exercises as soon as you notice the crease getting weak. How long do you have to do this for? Well, it depends on how fast it will take for your crease to not get weak, and each person's case varies because not everyone will do the looking up exercise or not use the phone in the morning, etc.

Ok this is a very important message right now. This probably sound false and fake but where I live the virus spreading is very serious right now. And I can't attend to school since most of the schools are shut down. I am very concerned about the eyelid excersises . Can I still do the eyelid excersises as of right now. I wash my hand frequently but can I do the excersises after I washed my hands?? I will be sending you the videos and I would kindly let to get a response from it thanks
